About Kylie:

Nice to meet you! I’m Kylie—born and raised right here in Oregon. I grew up on a farm, riding horses and showing pigs. In high school, I was involved in FFA, competing in Parliamentary Procedure and Prospecting. I also played a lot of softball. I’ve always loved the beach and used to tell my family that one day I’d move there. I didn’t quite make it to the ocean, but I got pretty close when I moved to the Willamette Valley to attend Western Oregon University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and originally planned to become a teacher, but God surprised me by opening the door to work in radio at HOPE 1079—and I’ve loved it ever since. I’m married to my best friend, Trent, and together we have a very spoiled dog named Chester.

Coffee or tea: I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do love tea.
