Join the seven scary departments of City Hall on Broadalbin Street between 3rd and 4th for the very first CITY HALL-o-ween! We'll have treats, games, balloon animals, a photo booth, and more for kids ages 1-12. You can even cast your vote for the Most Gourd-geous People’s Choice pumpkin from our staff decorating contest. Local business sponsors along with our library, fire, and police departments will offer even more treats. Don’t miss out on this fang-tastic, FREE, family-friendly Halloween celebration in Downtown Albany! Registration is encouraged by October 17 at albanyoregon.gov/cityhalloween so that we can be sure to have enough treats for everyone. See less
