OneCourt is a tablet that makes it easier for fans with impaired eyesight to enjoy sports. It combines audio with sensations that a person can feel with their fingertips to stay on top of what’s happening at the game in real time. Some people describe it as Braille for sports.
The Trailblazers were the very first team to make this available to fans at home games, and thankfully other teams are getting on board…and it’s not just for basketball either. And this past summer, the MLB handed them out at the All-Star Game.
What a blessing for people who love sports but until now have missed out on live games - hopefully lots of other teams will start offering them!
