Hope Listener Creates App to Help Parents of Children with Autism, ADHD, or Developmental Challenges Feel Seen and Supported
Molly Waldner knew something was different about her son almost from the very beginning.
He was born a week late, with blue lips—and long before he could crawl, Molly felt that quiet, persistent nudge that something wasn’t quite right.
“I suspected he might be autistic very early on,” she says.
What followed was a long and exhausting road—one many parents will recognize.
The first doctor brushed off her concerns. The second listened, but it still took 18 months to get an appointment with a specialist. When that day finally came, Molly’s four-year-old son, Markus, was calm and cooperative—nothing like the child she saw every day at home. Despite bringing photos, videos, and notes, she left the appointment with words that felt crushing.
“They said he wasn’t autistic,” Molly remembers. “I cried the whole way home.”
Still, she didn’t stop advocating for her son.
Trusting God, One Step at a Time
Molly kept going—asking questions, taking notes, paying attention, and praying. Six months later, in June 2024, Markus finally received an official autism diagnosis.
That moment brought relief—but it also brought clarity.
“I had gone through so much just trying to help my own child,” Molly says. “And sitting in my car that day, it felt like God gently placed an idea in my heart.”
She began thinking about how many parents are told to “track behaviors” with very little guidance—how easy it is to forget details, lose notes, or feel overwhelmed during appointments. She wondered how many kids might miss early intervention simply because their symptoms don’t show up in a single visit.
That’s when the idea for Track It was born.
A Practical Tool, Created with Care
Track It was created to help parents do what they’re already trying to do—just with more clarity and confidence.
“When you’re already stretched thin, being told to track everything on paper just adds more pressure,” Molly says. “I wanted something that actually helps parents feel prepared instead of overwhelmed.”
The app allows parents to:
-
Quickly track behaviors in real time
-
Notice patterns over days and weeks
-
Save photos and notes
-
Create reports that can be shared with doctors, therapists, and educators
Instead of relying on memory in a stressful appointment, parents can bring a clearer picture of what daily life really looks like.
Built by a Mom Who Gets It
Track It wasn’t created in a boardroom—it was built by a mom who knows what it’s like to feel unheard, unsure, and exhausted.
Medical professionals often only see a snapshot of a child’s life. Track It helps bridge the gap between home and healthcare, giving parents a way to advocate with confidence.
“It’s about helping parents feel seen,” Molly says. “And making sure kids don’t fall through the cracks.”
Available Now for Families
After a year and a half of development—guided by prayer, perseverance, and a deep love for families—Track It is now available.
The app is designed to be simple, affordable, and accessible for families who already have enough on their plates.
