REFIT® Women's Fitness Class

Enjoy fitness classes with Christian music, fun choreography, and prayer time at the end.

REFIT® at Verbatim Church is a women's only fitness class. At the Verbatim Church location we focus on low impact moves, and there are modifications for beginners to advanced. We do a 15-20 min "heart work" portion at the end of class where we share either scripture, health tips, or just spend time getting to know one another, and we end with prayer. Teens and tween girls are welcome to participate if they come with their mom or other guardian/relative/friend/mentor over 18. There is NO CHILDCARE, and other childcare arrangements NEED to be made at this time. This is a place for moms or other women without kids to come and get a break and de-stress!!! Our class runs every Monday except 2nd Monday's, which 2nd Monday's are our Women's gathering, also at 6:30, and ALL WOMEN ARE WELCOME! Use the back doors (go behind Target, and we are sandwiched between Target and the old Sears building in the corner)
