Q:  What kind of construction do you guys do? Is it just kitchens and bathrooms?
    show answer...
    A:  close answer...
As a general contracting company we do everything from the ground up when it comes to home remodeling. We specialize in being flexible to customers needs and give our customers the satisfaction that they are working with an honest professional. We don’t restrict ourselves to only kitchens and bathrooms, though these are the two areas we specialize in customizing. With our level of experience there isn’t a project we haven’t been involved in, which allows us to help with everyday repairs that may come up around the house as well.

In addition to the expense, you must consider the time you have to spend maintaining the home. From minor repairs, to mowing and lawn care, to major projects like repairing or replacing a roof, in a years time, you can easily have another $1000 worth of time and work to accomplish which prevents you from going out and doing the things you ought to be doing during your retirement, like playing a round of golf or visiting some of the areas historic sites and museums.

Our average apartment cost is $1600 and that includes everything. What is everything?
