   The process is pretty simple. First you need to understand the audience that listens to HOPE and decide if it's one you want to introduce your business to. Then you evaluate the different products and methods to reach our audience and determine which one best matches your marketing goals. Lastly, but most importantly, you determine a good creative message that will actual motivate the HOPE audience to visit your store.
   
   A well crafted message, delivered in a cost effective way, to the right audience can bring great marketing results.

   Here at The Regent, we offer our residents a wide range of activities with a full Avtivities Calendar every month. Our residents enjoy card games from bridge to pinochle. Board games, exercise classes, book club, library, ice cream socials, a men's club, lady's tea, live performances by area entertainers. We also have a number of scheduled field trips and excursions in our bus. One of the favorites is a trip into Central Park here in Corvallis every Tuesday evening for the Concert in the Park series held throughout the summer months. All in all, there's always something to do here at The Regent. Jody Eaton is our full-time activities Director and she works hard to ensure our residents don't get bored.    There are 2 types of aging: aging caused by the genes we inherit (intrinsic) and those caused by environmental factors such as the sun’s rays (external). While we cannot control our intrinsic factors, we can control some of our external factors by protecting skin from the sun and quitting smoking. I recommend all my patients to: (1) avoid deliberate tanning, (2) seek the shade especially between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., (3) Wear protective clothing, (4) wear sunscreen everyday (even when it rains) with SPF of at least 30, preferably with zinc and (5) wear UV blocking sunglasses.
   If you are looking for help for aging skin, there are a number of treatments available including: Botox, Juvederm, Intense Pulsed Light therapy, Chemical Peels, and topical agents. These are wonderful treatment options for those with busy lifestyles as they do not involve the inconvenience of a long recovery or trauma associated with a traditional facelift. They are also a lot less expensive.
