In Radio and Internet Marketing: Would like to advertise my business (Christian Home Based) on KHPE. Have heard others advertise on your station. Could you give me the process and the rates? Thanks. R. Williams

The process is pretty simple. First you need to understand the audience that listens to HOPE and decide if it's one you want to introduce your business to. Then you evaluate the different products and methods to reach our audience and determine which one best matches your marketing goals. Lastly, but most importantly, you determine a good creative message that will actual motivate the HOPE audience to visit your store.

A well crafted message, delivered in a cost effective way, to the right audience can bring great marketing results.

In Medical Skin Care: What is the best way to diminish the signs of aging skin?

There are 2 types of aging: aging caused by the genes we inherit (intrinsic) and those caused by environmental factors such as the sun’s rays (external). While we cannot control our intrinsic factors, we can control some of our external factors by protecting skin from the sun and quitting smoking. I recommend all my patients to: (1) avoid deliberate tanning, (2) seek the shade especially between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., (3) Wear protective clothing, (4) wear sunscreen everyday (even when it rains) with SPF of at least 30, preferably with zinc and (5) wear UV blocking sunglasses.
If you are looking for help for aging skin, there are a number of treatments available including: Botox, Juvederm, Intense Pulsed Light therapy, Chemical Peels, and topical agents. These are wonderful treatment options for those with busy lifestyles as they do not involve the inconvenience of a long recovery or trauma associated with a traditional facelift. They are also a lot less expensive.
If you would like more information these treatment options, please visit our website or give us a call at 541-738-4607.

In Radio and Internet Marketing: With so many options in advertising how do I know which would be the best for my business?

OK, this one is simple. All advertising is good. Really it is. Every radio station, newspaper or TV station has an audience. Some big, some medium and some small. But we all have an audience. So the question is, how can I attract that audience into my business? Find out more about the characteristics of the audience and see if it's a match for your products. The better the match, the better chance for success. And remember this, once you have identified a potential audience, that's when the real work begins. The key to success is having the right creative to motivate that audience to take action. Typically we spend all our time researching the market and just expecting people to rush in. Identification is the first step, but creative implementation is a key to success.

In Senior Living: What is the difference between Independent Living and Assisted Living?

The Regent is an Independent Living Community. What this means is,
our residents live independently and we do not provide medical or
physical assistance of any kind. Residents are free to come and go as
they please and they live as they did in their own homes. The main
difference being they don’t have to cook, mow the lawn or clean the
house. We take care of all that for them. We do not have nurses, CNA’s
or other medical professionals on staff and we do not dispense or
                            supervise medications.
