What: The City of Independence Annual Holiday Parade of Lights

When: Saturday, December 1^st, 5pm to 6:30pm

Details: Santa will arrive by train at the Library where children can expect a treat.  Free cookie decorating will be available at Ovenbird Bakery and Andy’s Café.

The Parade of Lights starts at 5 p.m. at the First Baptist Parking Lot at 1505 Monmouth Street and ends at 6:30 p.m. at the Independence Civic Center at the river entrance where prizes will be awarded for entries and treats will be available for the public.
