No new full time employees were hired during the period of 6/1/06-5/31/07.

We continue to provide an on-air internship-training program. This program involves Jeff McMahon instructing young people who are interested in a career in broadcasting. The interns are allowed supervised time on the air, and are critiqued on a regular basis. It is hoped that the interns will gain skills that qualify them for higher-level positions in broadcasting.

We continue to participate in an Internet job bank to promote job openings in broadcasting with regular on air announcements. KWIL & KHPE each air 365 “Intercristo” :30 second announcements per year at various times of day. Intercristo is an employment agency, which posts job openings in broadcasting. We also have a link to Intercristo’s web site on our station web site.
